Payment Terms

These terms define payment conditions for Online Vietnamese VIETCAFE. By making a payment, users are deemed to agree to these terms.

1. Payment Methods

One-time payment: Credit card and bank transfer are available.
Recurring payment: Credit card only.

2. Supported Credit Cards

One-time payment Recurring payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Diners Club, and Discover.

3. Canceling Recurring Payments

Recurring payment: You can cancel from Account Information in My Page. No prorated refund is provided after cancellation. Service remains available until your current period end date.

4. Refunds

One-time payment Recurring payment: Payments are non-refundable except in cases attributable to our company.

5. Recurring Cancellation Deadline

Recurring payment: If you wish to cancel, please do so by the day before the renewal date (period end date). No refund is available after the deadline.

6. Automatic Billing

Recurring payment: Billing is automatic each month. The next charge date is one month after the initial payment date.

7. Changing the Default Card

Recurring payment: Register a new card in Account Information and set it as the recurring payment card.

8. Card Registration

One-time payment Recurring payment: You can register a new card from Account Information in My Page. If you choose to save card information during payment, later payments can be completed without re-entering card details.
Card information is securely managed by Stripe Japan.

9. Card Deletion

One-time payment Recurring payment: You can delete registered cards from Account Information in My Page.

10. Changes to Terms

We may revise these terms without prior notice when necessary. Updated terms will be published on this website.

11. Effective Date

Effective from September 20, 2021.
