Notice Regarding Lessons During Tet Period

Thank you for using Online Vietnamese VIETCAFE. During Tet (Vietnamese Lunar New Year), teacher availability may be lower than usual. If you cannot take your booked lessons during the period below, we will provide make-up support.

  • Applicable period
    1. January 27, 2025 to February 3, 2025
  • Eligible users
    1. Students in reservation-based lessons (Everyday Course and Ticket plans). Assigned Course lessons will be supported individually if your teacher is unavailable.
  • How to request make-up support
    1. Everyday Lesson: Apply from the request area on My Page (above your lesson schedule). We will issue tickets based on your plan.
    2. Ticket Plan: If your tickets expire due to this period, contact us via the contact form. We will issue equivalent replacement tickets.
    3. Assigned Course: If a lesson is canceled due to teacher circumstances, we will provide make-up support.
