Notice of Substitute Teacher Service

Thank you for using Online Vietnamese VIETCAFE.

In Vietnam, due to the spread of COVID-19 and calls for third-dose vaccinations, there have been increasing cases where teachers suddenly become unavailable for lessons.

For this reason, we have launched a substitute teacher service. If a lesson is canceled due to teacher circumstances and a substitute is available, we will assign a substitute teacher for the same lesson time.
If you do not wish to take the lesson with a substitute teacher, please cancel the lesson from My Page. Even within 2 hours before the lesson start time, for substitute cases we will return tickets for ticket plans, and for Everyday Lessons we will not count the lesson as attended.
